Event to detect Toolbar customization by user

Post by Scott »

I would like to know when a user changes the buttons being displayed in the toolbar so that I can save those settings, is there an event that I can code for?

Thanks

Starting from version 8.2 there are several ways to handle command bar customization:

CommandBar.OnCustomized() event.

CommandBarsManager.OnCommandBarCustomized( toCommandBar) event.
  • Parameters:
    • toCommandBar - customized command bar.
In addition, the CommandBar class has new property OnCustomizedDelegate that specifies the function/method, or "delegate", that handles OnCustomized event. Default is "This.OnCustomized".
