Office 2010 Tab Row Backcolor

I just upgraded to CommandBars 8.2, and when I set the Theme to Office 2010 style, the row where tabs go now has a dark blue (semi-transparent) backcolor. This makes the inactive tabs hard to read.

Is there a property I should use to set it back to the previous versions' backcolor?

I've attached a screenshot.

I do see in the Release Notes that Office 2010 colors were corrected in versions 8.0.011, 8.0.013 and 8.0.014. Perhaps the backcolor is supposed to be this way? If so, I can just inform users that may complain about it to use a different theme.
