Disappearing tabs

Is anyone else seeing disappearing tabs? It does not happen all the time, but I believe it happens mostly on Windows 7 and Vista with Areo Glass UI when you go to another running application.

Swiping the mouse over the tabs triggers a repainting of the tabs.

Nobody else is seeing this? I have two customers with two different applications written by two different developers. Only consistent thing is the source for the ribbon code.
